Student Ministry
The teenage years are a critical time in anyone’s life, as students seek to establish their identities and are forced to engage in making decisions that will affect the rest of their lives. INSIDE OUT is the Student Ministry of Harvest Bible Chapel, and seeks to equip young people with a biblical worldview in order to make wise, God-honoring decisions both now and down the road.
INSIDE OUT models the practices of Harvest as a whole, encouraging students to be authentic disciples who Worship, Walk, & Work for Christ. We accomplish this through:
- INSIDE OUT Worship: Each week we gather for the sake of worshiping together as a student ministry. Our INSIDE OUT Services consist of a relaxed environment and feature worship driven by a modern worship band, as well as biblical preaching.
- Weekly Meal: Each week before worship, our students gather for a time of fellowship over a meal prepared by one of our church’s families. We ask that students bring $2 to cover the cost of meals.
- INSIDE OUT Small Groups: Directly following the service, our students are divided by age and gender and dig deeper into the meaning and applications of the evening’s sermon. This time of discussion, encouragement, accountability, and fellowship allows our students to more closely walk through life together.
- Service Projects: We believe it’s important that our students learn to focus not only on personal growth, but also meeting the needs of others. Students are given the opportunity to Work for Christ through facilities improvement projects, local service projects to families who need help, and mission trips.
INSIDE OUT meets weekly on Wednesdays from 6:00 to 8:30 pm. We invite students from 6th – 12th grade to join us in the INSIDE OUT Room.
